Hilfe und häufige Fragen
Wie steuere ich?
Links unten läufst du nach links und rechts und duckst dich, rechts unten springst und feuerst du. Feuer gedrückt halten gibt Dauerfeuer. Die Granatentaste wirft eine Granate – Granaten haben die drei Schützen, der Holzhacker wirft seine Axt. Mit Tastatur: Pfeiltasten oder WASD zum Laufen, Springen und Ducken, Leertaste springt, F oder E feuert, G oder Q wirft eine Granate, Escape oder P pausiert.
Leicht oder Normal – was ist der Unterschied?
Auf Normal geht es nach dem letzten Herz am letzten Kontrollpunkt weiter. Auf Leicht machst du nach einem Tod an der Stelle weiter, bekommst dafür aber nur halb so viele Münzen. Umstellen kannst du jederzeit in den Optionen über das Zahnrad.
Wie bekomme ich alle drei Totenköpfe eines Levels?
Einen gibt es fürs Schaffen, einen zweiten, wenn du ohne Absturz und ohne Neustart durchkommst, den dritten, wenn du dabei kein Herz verlierst.
Wie schalte ich weitere Helden frei?
Du startest als Holzhacker mit der Wurfaxt. Nach den Endgegnern von Welt 4, 7 und 10 kommen Rekrut (Sturmgewehr), Farmer (Schrotflinte) und Tarnumhang (Scharfschützengewehr) dazu. Mit den Münzen aus den Leveln holst du sie schon früher, mit dem Schützen-Paket alle drei sofort. Wählen kannst du sie im Menü über das Figuren-Symbol.
Was ist gratis, was kostet etwas?
Kapitel 1 mit Welt 1 bis 3 ist gratis. Das Welten-Paket öffnet Welt 4 bis 15 und die Endlos-Runden, das Schützen-Paket die drei Schützen, das Alles-Paket beides. Alles sind einmalige Käufe, kein Abo. Den Shop öffnet der Einkaufswagen oben rechts auf der Startseite.
Ich habe ein neues Gerät – wie bekomme ich meine Käufe zurück?
Öffne den Shop, tippe auf „Käufe wiederherstellen“ und melde dich mit derselben Apple-ID an. Dein Spielstand liegt nur auf dem Gerät; er kommt mit, wenn du das neue Gerät aus einem Backup des alten einrichtest.
Was sind die Endlos-Runden?
Nach der letzten Welt geht es endlos weiter, jede Runde etwas schwerer. Die Weltauswahl zeigt deinen Rekord. Die Endlos-Runden gehören zum Welten-Paket.
Wie schalte ich Sound, Musik oder Vibration ab?
Im Menü über das Zahnrad, alle drei einzeln. Der Ton folgt außerdem dem Stummschalter deines Geräts.
Kann ich von vorn anfangen?
Der Spielstand liegt nur auf deinem Gerät. Löschst du die App und installierst sie neu, beginnst du von vorn. Gekaufte Inhalte holst du danach über „Käufe wiederherstellen“ zurück.
Sammelt Undead Patrol Daten über mich?
Nur das Nötigste, um Fehler zu beheben. Das Spiel braucht kein Konto, zeigt keine Werbung und verfolgt dich nicht. Stürzt es ab oder tritt ein Fehler auf, schickt es einen Bericht ohne Namen oder Kontaktdaten an Firebase Crashlytics – mit Gerätemodell, iOS-Version und dem Level, in dem es passiert ist. Einzelheiten stehen in der Datenschutzerklärung.
Auf welchen Geräten läuft das Spiel?
Auf iPhone und iPad mit iOS bzw. iPadOS 27 oder neuer. Auf dem iPhone spielst du quer, auf dem iPad in jeder Ausrichtung und auch im Fenster neben anderen Apps.

Every world ends with a boss and its own special attack – announced by a radio call from HQ.
Four heroes, four weapons
You start as a lumberjack with a throwing axe. The assault rifle, shotgun and sniper rifle join after worlds 4, 7 and 10 – with grenades for the big crowds.

Help and FAQ
How do I play?
Bottom left moves you left and right and makes you duck; bottom right jumps and fires. Hold fire for continuous shooting. The grenade button throws a grenade – the three shooters carry grenades, the lumberjack throws his axe. With a keyboard: arrow keys or WASD to move, jump and duck, space to jump, F or E to fire, G or Q for a grenade, Escape or P to pause.
Easy or Normal – what’s the difference?
On Normal you go back to the last checkpoint when you lose your last heart. On Easy you carry on where you fell, but you only get half as many coins. You can switch at any time in the options behind the gear icon.
How do I get all three skulls in a level?
One for finishing, a second for getting through without a fall or restart, the third for doing it without losing a heart.
How do I unlock more heroes?
You start as a lumberjack with a throwing axe. Rookie (assault rifle), Farmer (shotgun) and Ghillie (sniper rifle) join after the bosses of worlds 4, 7 and 10. With the coins you collect you can get them sooner, and the Shooter Pack unlocks all three right away. Choose your hero in the menu with the figure icon.
What is free and what costs money?
Chapter 1 with worlds 1 to 3 is free. The Worlds Pack unlocks worlds 4 to 15 and the endless rounds, the Shooter Pack unlocks the three shooters, the Complete Bundle includes both. All of them are one-time purchases, no subscription. The shop opens from the cart in the top right corner of the start screen.
I have a new device – how do I get my purchases back?
Open the shop, tap “Restore Purchases” and sign in with the same Apple Account. Your progress is stored only on the device; it comes along if you set up the new device from a backup of the old one.
What are the endless rounds?
After the last world the game goes on and on, each round a little harder. The world map shows your record. The endless rounds are part of the Worlds Pack.
How do I turn off sound, music or vibration?
In the menu behind the gear icon, each one separately. Sound also follows your device’s silent switch.
Can I start over?
Your progress is stored only on your device. If you delete and reinstall the app, you start from the beginning. Get your purchases back afterwards with “Restore Purchases”.
Does Undead Patrol collect data about me?
Only what we need to fix bugs. The game needs no account, shows no ads and does not track you. If it crashes or runs into an error, it sends a report without your name or contact details to Firebase Crashlytics – with the device model, iOS version and the level where it happened. See the privacy policy for details.
Which devices does it run on?
On iPhone and iPad with iOS or iPadOS 27 or later. On iPhone you play in landscape, on iPad in any orientation and even in a window next to other apps.
