Diese Nutzungsbedingungen gelten für das Spiel „Undead Patrol“ für iPhone und iPad von Sebastian Lang, Langfeldstraße 11B, 91077 Neunkirchen am Brand, Deutschland („wir“). Mit der Nutzung des Spiels erklärst du dich mit diesen Bedingungen einverstanden. Wenn du sie nicht akzeptierst, nutze das Spiel bitte nicht.
1. Was Undead Patrol ist
Undead Patrol ist ein seitlich scrollendes Actionspiel: Du kämpfst dich mit Wurfaxt, Gewehren und Granaten durch Level voller Comic-Zombies, Fallen und Endgegner. Die Darstellung ist comichaft, enthält aber Kampf und Waffen. Beachte die Altersfreigabe im App Store.
Kapitel 1 mit Welt 1 bis 3 spielst du kostenlos. Weitere Inhalte gibt es als Käufe im Spiel (siehe 3).
2. Nutzungsrecht
Du erhältst ein einfaches, nicht übertragbares Recht, Undead Patrol für private, nicht kommerzielle Zwecke auf deinen eigenen Geräten zu nutzen. Ergänzend gilt der Endbenutzer-Lizenzvertrag von Apple für lizenzierte Apps (Apple Standard-EULA). Du darfst das Spiel nicht weitergeben, vermieten, verändern, dekompilieren oder seinen Quellcode rekonstruieren, soweit zwingendes Recht dies nicht ausdrücklich erlaubt. Urheber- und Markenhinweise darfst du nicht entfernen.
3. Käufe im Spiel
- Welten-Paket: öffnet Welt 4 bis 15 und die Endlos-Runden.
- Schützen-Paket: schaltet Rekrut, Farmer und Tarnumhang sofort frei. Sie sind dadurch nicht stärker, nur früher da; im Spiel bekommst du sie auch ohne Kauf.
- Alles-Paket: enthält Welten-Paket und Schützen-Paket.
Alle drei sind einmalige Käufe ohne Abo. Den Preis in deiner Währung zeigt dir der App Store vor dem Kauf. Bezahlt wird über deinen Apple-Account. Gekaufte Inhalte sind an deinen Apple-Account gebunden; auf einem anderen Gerät holst du sie im Shop über „Käufe wiederherstellen“ zurück.
Den Kauf wickelt Apple über den App Store ab. Abrechnung, Widerruf und Erstattung richten sich nach den Bedingungen von Apple; eine Erstattung kannst du unter reportaproblem.apple.com beantragen.
4. Münzen und Totenköpfe
Münzen und Totenköpfe sammelst du im Spiel. Sie haben keinen Geldwert, lassen sich nicht für Echtgeld kaufen, nicht in Geld umtauschen und nicht übertragen. Mit Münzen schaltest du Helden im Spiel früher frei.
5. Spielstand
Dein Spielstand liegt nur auf deinem Gerät. Wir speichern ihn nicht und können ihn nicht wiederherstellen. Löschst du die App oder wechselst du das Gerät ohne Backup, ist der Fortschritt weg; gekaufte Inhalte bekommst du über „Käufe wiederherstellen“ zurück.
6. Deine Daten
Das Spiel fragt nach keinen persönlichen Angaben. Stürzt es ab oder tritt ein Fehler auf, schickt es einen Bericht ohne Namen oder Kontaktdaten an Firebase Crashlytics, damit wir den Fehler beheben können. Einzelheiten stehen in der Datenschutzerklärung.
7. Inhalte Dritter
Die Grafiken stammen aus lizenzierten Grafik-Paketen, Sounds und Musik von freesound.org unter der Lizenz CC0. Die Rechte an diesen Inhalten liegen bei ihren Urhebern. Dein Nutzungsrecht nach Abschnitt 2 umfasst sie nur innerhalb des Spiels.
8. Aktualisierungen
Wir entwickeln Undead Patrol weiter und stellen Aktualisierungen bereit, wie es das Gesetz verlangt. Dabei können sich Level, Balance und Funktionen ändern. Gekaufte Inhalte bleiben in ihrem wesentlichen Umfang erhalten.
9. Haftung
Wir haften unbeschränkt bei Vorsatz und grober Fahrlässigkeit, bei der Verletzung von Leben, Körper oder Gesundheit, nach dem Produkthaftungsgesetz und im Umfang einer übernommenen Garantie. Bei leichter Fahrlässigkeit haften wir nur für die Verletzung einer Pflicht, deren Erfüllung die ordnungsgemäße Nutzung des Spiels erst ermöglicht und auf deren Einhaltung du regelmäßig vertrauen darfst, und dann begrenzt auf den vorhersehbaren, typischerweise eintretenden Schaden. Im Übrigen ist die Haftung ausgeschlossen.
10. Änderungen dieser Bedingungen
Wir können diese Bedingungen anpassen, etwa wenn sich das Spiel oder die Rechtslage ändert. Wesentliche Änderungen kündigen wir auf dieser Seite rechtzeitig an. Spielst du nach Inkrafttreten weiter, gelten die neuen Bedingungen.
11. Anwendbares Recht
Es gilt das Recht der Bundesrepublik Deutschland unter Ausschluss des UN-Kaufrechts. Zwingende Verbraucherschutzvorschriften des Landes, in dem du deinen gewöhnlichen Aufenthalt hast, bleiben unberührt. Wir sind nicht bereit und nicht verpflichtet, an Streitbeilegungsverfahren vor einer Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle teilzunehmen.

1. What Undead Patrol is
Undead Patrol is a side-scrolling action game: you fight your way through levels full of cartoon zombies, traps and bosses with a throwing axe, rifles and grenades. The art style is cartoonish, but the game contains combat and weapons. Please check the age rating on the App Store.
Chapter 1 with worlds 1 to 3 is free to play. More content is available as in-app purchases (see 3).
2. Licence
You receive a simple, non-transferable right to use Undead Patrol for private, non-commercial purposes on your own devices. Apple’s end user licence agreement for licensed apps (Apple Standard EULA) applies in addition. You may not pass on, rent out, modify or decompile the game or reconstruct its source code unless mandatory law expressly permits it. You may not remove copyright or trademark notices.
3. In-app purchases
- Worlds Pack: unlocks worlds 4 to 15 and the endless rounds.
- Shooter Pack: unlocks Rookie, Farmer and Ghillie right away. They are not stronger, just available sooner; you can also earn them in the game without buying anything.
- Complete Bundle: includes the Worlds Pack and the Shooter Pack.
All three are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. The App Store shows you the price in your currency before you buy. Payment is made through your Apple Account. Purchased content is linked to your Apple Account; on another device, get it back in the shop with “Restore Purchases”.
Apple handles the purchase through the App Store. Billing, withdrawal and refunds are governed by Apple’s terms; you can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
4. Coins and skulls
You collect coins and skulls in the game. They have no monetary value, cannot be bought with real money, exchanged for money or transferred. Coins let you unlock heroes sooner in the game.
5. Progress
Your progress is stored only on your device. We do not store it and cannot restore it. If you delete the app or switch devices without a backup, your progress is lost; purchased content can be recovered with “Restore Purchases”.
6. Your data
The game does not ask for any personal details. If it crashes or runs into an error, it sends a report without your name or contact details to Firebase Crashlytics so we can fix the problem. See the privacy policy for details.
7. Third-party content
The graphics come from licensed art packs, the sounds and music from freesound.org under the CC0 licence. The rights to this content remain with its creators. Your licence under section 2 covers it only within the game.
8. Updates
We keep developing Undead Patrol and provide updates as required by law. Levels, balance and features may change in the process. Purchased content remains available in its essential scope.
9. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, under the German Product Liability Act and to the extent of any guarantee we have given. In cases of slight negligence we are only liable for breach of an obligation that is essential for the proper use of the game and on which you may regularly rely, and then limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. Otherwise our liability is excluded.
10. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms, for example if the game or the law changes. We will announce material changes on this page in good time. If you keep playing after they take effect, the new terms apply.
11. Governing law
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you habitually reside remain unaffected. We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
