Daten auf deinem Ger\u00e4t<\/h2>\n<p>BC Pill speichert deine Einstellungen, Blister, Einnahmen, vergessenen Pillen, Erinnerungen und dein Tagebuch in einer Datenbank auf deinem Ger\u00e4t. Auf dem iPhone erh\u00e4lt die Apple Watch \u00fcber die Verbindung mit deinem iPhone (WatchConnectivity) den aktuellen Pillenstatus; Widgets lesen die Daten aus einem gemeinsamen Speicher der App auf deinem Ger\u00e4t. Den Code der App-Sperre speichert die App dort im Schl\u00fcsselbund deines Ger\u00e4ts; Face ID und Touch ID pr\u00fcft iOS. Auf Android nutzt die App-Sperre die Displaysperre deines Ger\u00e4ts (Fingerabdruck, Gesichtserkennung, PIN, Muster oder Passwort), die Android pr\u00fcft; die App speichert nur, ob die Sperre eingeschaltet ist. Biometrische Daten erh\u00e4lt die App in keinem Fall.<\/p>\n<p>Diese Daten verlassen dein Ger\u00e4t nur mit der Datensicherung deines Ger\u00e4ts; wir haben keinen Zugriff darauf. Erinnerungen sind lokale Mitteilungen deines Ger\u00e4ts. Mit \u201eZur\u00fccksetzen\u201c (Android: \u201eAlle l\u00f6schen\u201c) in den Einstellungen l\u00f6schst du Pillen- und Erinnerungsdaten; Tagebucheintr\u00e4ge und Termine l\u00f6schst du einzeln. Wenn du die App l\u00f6schst, entfernt das Betriebssystem alle Daten der App von deinem Ger\u00e4t. Eine Datensicherung macht iOS gegebenenfalls \u00fcber dein iCloud- oder Computer-Backup nach deinen Einstellungen. Android sichert die Daten der App mit der Sicherung in deinem Google-Konto, wenn du sie eingeschaltet hast, und stellt sie auf einem neuen Ger\u00e4t wieder her; ab Android 9 ist diese Sicherung mit deiner Displaysperre verschl\u00fcsselt, sofern du eine eingerichtet hast.<\/p>\n<p>Rechtsgrundlage ist die Bereitstellung der App nach deinem Wunsch (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO).<\/p>\n<h2>4. Forum<\/h2>\n<h3>4.1 Anmeldung<\/h3>\n<p>F\u00fcr das Forum meldest du dich \u00fcber Firebase Authentication an \u2013 auf dem iPhone mit Apple, Google, Facebook oder E-Mail-Adresse und Passwort, auf Android mit Google, Facebook oder E-Mail-Adresse und Passwort. Dabei verarbeiten wir deine E-Mail-Adresse, gegebenenfalls deinen Namen und eine Kennung des Anmeldedienstes. Bei Apple kannst du deine E-Mail-Adresse verbergen. Bei der Anmeldung mit Facebook \u00fcbernimmt die App auf dem iPhone dein Facebook-Profilbild als Profilbild, bis du es \u00e4nderst; auf Android bekommst du zun\u00e4chst ein zuf\u00e4lliges Profilbild.<\/p>\n<h3>4.2 Profil und Inhalte<\/h3>\n<p>Im Forum speichern wir dein Profil (Spitzname, Profilbild, Anmeldedatum, letzte Aktivit\u00e4t, Z\u00e4hler f\u00fcr Beitr\u00e4ge, Kommentare und Likes, Sterne, Mitteilungseinstellungen) sowie die Inhalte, die du erstellst: Beitr\u00e4ge mit Titel, Text, Kategorie und Bild, Kommentare, Likes, Umfragestimmen, gefolgte Beitr\u00e4ge und \u2013 auf dem iPhone \u2013 Meldungen. Auf Android stehen zus\u00e4tzlich die Ger\u00e4tesprache und die Push-Kennung in deinem Profil (siehe 4.4). Beitr\u00e4ge und Kommentare sind mit Spitzname und Profilbild f\u00fcr alle Nutzerinnen des Forums deiner Sprache sichtbar. Bilder speichern wir in Firebase Storage.<\/p>\n<p>Manche Kategorien betreffen Gesundheit und Sexualit\u00e4t. Was du dort ver\u00f6ffentlichst, entscheidest du selbst. Soweit du in Beitr\u00e4gen Angaben zu deiner Gesundheit oder Sexualit\u00e4t machst, verarbeiten wir sie auf Grundlage deiner ausdr\u00fccklichen Einwilligung, die du mit dem Ver\u00f6ffentlichen erteilst (Art. 9 Abs. 2 lit. a DSGVO) und durch L\u00f6schen des Beitrags oder eine Nachricht an uns widerrufen kannst. Im \u00dcbrigen ist Rechtsgrundlage die Bereitstellung des Forums (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO).<\/p>\n<h3>4.3 Suche<\/h3>\n<p>Damit du Beitr\u00e4ge durchsuchen kannst, \u00fcbermitteln wir Beitr\u00e4ge (Titel, Text, Kategorie, Datum, Spitzname, Profilbild- und Bild-Adresse, Nutzerkennung) an Algolia. Wenn du suchst, gehen deine Suchbegriffe an Algolia. Algolia erhebt dabei au\u00dferdem technische Nutzungsdaten der Suche. Rechtsgrundlage: Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO.<\/p>\n<h3>4.4 Mitteilungen<\/h3>\n<p>F\u00fcr Mitteilungen \u00fcber neue Beitr\u00e4ge und Kommentare nutzt die App Firebase Cloud Messaging. Die App erzeugt daf\u00fcr eine Push-Kennung deines Ger\u00e4ts. Gespeichert wird sie zusammen mit Plattform, Sprache und deinen gew\u00e4hlten Kategorien \u2013 auf dem iPhone nur, solange du angemeldet bist und Mitteilungen eingeschaltet hast, auf Android, solange du angemeldet bist; der Schalter f\u00fcr Mitteilungen bestimmt dort, zu welchen Beitr\u00e4gen du Mitteilungen bekommst. Mitteilungen erlaubst du in iOS bzw. Android (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO); du kannst sie dort oder in der App jederzeit ausschalten.<\/p>\n<h3>4.5 L\u00f6schen<\/h3>\n<p>Dein Konto l\u00f6schst du in der App unter Forum \u2192 Profil \u2192 \u201eAccount l\u00f6schen\u201c oder \u00fcber <a href=\"https:\/\/langsoftware.de\/?page_id=120\">dieses Formular<\/a>. Mit dem Konto l\u00f6schen wir automatisch deine Anmeldung, dein Profil, dein Profilbild und deine Push-Kennungen, alle deine Beitr\u00e4ge mit ihren Bildern und Kommentaren sowie deine Kommentare unter anderen Beitr\u00e4gen. Deine Stimmen in Umfragen und deine Meldungen bleiben nur mit der zuf\u00e4lligen Kennung des gel\u00f6schten Kontos gespeichert und lassen sich danach keinem Profil mehr zuordnen. Auf dem iPhone kannst du einzelne Beitr\u00e4ge auch vorher selbst l\u00f6schen.<\/p>\n<h2>5. Absturzberichte (Firebase Crashlytics)<\/h2>\n<p>St\u00fcrzt die App ab oder tritt ein Fehler auf, sendet sie einen Bericht an Firebase Crashlytics: Ger\u00e4temodell, iOS- bzw. Android-Version, App-Version, Zeitpunkt, Speicher- und Akkustand, eine zuf\u00e4llige Installationskennung sowie Protokollzeilen zum Ablauf in der App und Art und Nummer des Fehlers. Angaben zu deiner Einnahme, deinem Zyklus oder deinem Tagebuch enthalten die Berichte nicht. Die Berichte werden nach 90 Tagen gel\u00f6scht. Rechtsgrundlage ist unser berechtigtes Interesse an einer stabilen App (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO).<\/p>\n<h2>6. Nutzungsstatistik (Google Analytics for Firebase)<\/h2>\n<p>Die Nutzungsstatistik ist ausgeschaltet, bis du zustimmst. Die App fragt dich einmal danach; deine Antwort kannst du jederzeit in den Einstellungen unter \u201eNutzungsstatistik teilen\u201c \u00e4ndern.<\/p>\n<p>Wenn du zustimmst, erfasst die App mit Google Analytics for Firebase Nutzungsereignisse. Auf dem iPhone sind das aufgerufene Bildschirme und genutzte Funktionen (etwa das Best\u00e4tigen einer Einnahme, das \u00dcberspringen der Pillenpause, das Anlegen einer Notiz oder eines Termins, das Erstellen eines Beitrags) und ob du Premium nutzt. Auf Android sind es die Ereignisse, die Google Analytics selbst erhebt (etwa erster Start, Sitzungen, App-Updates und K\u00e4ufe), und das \u00d6ffnen des TeleClinic-Links. Dazu kommen Ger\u00e4temodell, iOS- bzw. Android-Version, Sprache, ungef\u00e4hres Land und eine zuf\u00e4llige App-Instanz-Kennung; die Werbe-ID deines Ger\u00e4ts erfasst die Statistik nicht. Die Ereignisse enthalten keine Inhalte deines Tagebuchs und keine Nutzerkennung des Forums; f\u00fcr Werbung werden sie nicht genutzt. Google speichert die Daten h\u00f6chstens 14 Monate. Rechtsgrundlage ist deine Einwilligung (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO, \u00a7 25 Abs. 1 TDDDG), die du mit Wirkung f\u00fcr die Zukunft widerrufen kannst.<\/p>\n<h2>7. App-Konfiguration und Hinweise (Firebase Remote Config, In-App Messaging)<\/h2>\n<p>Auf dem iPhone l\u00e4dt die App etwa einmal t\u00e4glich Einstellungen wie Texte, Grenzen im Forum oder die Position von Werbung. Auf beiden Plattformen kann sie \u00fcber Firebase In-App Messaging gelegentlich Hinweise anzeigen, etwa auf die Rezeptanfrage bei TeleClinic. Dabei werden eine Installationskennung, App-Version, Ger\u00e4tesprache und Land \u00fcbertragen. Rechtsgrundlage ist unser berechtigtes Interesse, die App ohne Update anpassen und auf Angebote hinweisen zu k\u00f6nnen (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO).<\/p>\n<h2>8. Werbung (Google AdMob)<\/h2>\n<p>In der kostenlosen Version zeigt die App Werbung von Google AdMob: ganzseitige Anzeigen (etwa nach dem Best\u00e4tigen einer Einnahme, bei vergessenen Pillen und auf dem iPhone in der Forensuche), Anzeigen im Forum und auf Android ein Banner im Kalender. Vor der ersten Werbung fragt die App \u00fcber das Einwilligungsformular von Google (User Messaging Platform), ob Google Daten f\u00fcr personalisierte Werbung und zur Messung nutzen darf; auf dem iPhone fragt danach iOS, ob die App dein Tracking erlauben darf. Lehnst du ab, zeigt Google nicht personalisierte oder eingeschr\u00e4nkte Werbung. Werbung wird nur geladen, wenn Google sie nach deiner Auswahl zul\u00e4sst.<\/p>\n<p>Dabei verarbeitet Google unter anderem IP-Adresse, Ger\u00e4te- und App-Informationen, Interaktionen mit Anzeigen und \u2013 nur wenn du Tracking erlaubst \u2013 die Werbe-Kennung deines Ger\u00e4ts (IDFA). Auf Android nutzt Google die Werbe-ID deines Ger\u00e4ts nach deiner Auswahl im Einwilligungsformular; du kannst sie in den Android-Einstellungen unter \u201eWerbung\u201c zur\u00fccksetzen oder l\u00f6schen. Rechtsgrundlage ist deine Einwilligung (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO, \u00a7 25 Abs. 1 TDDDG). Deine Auswahl \u00e4nderst du in der App unter Einstellungen \u2192 Datenschutzoptionen (Android: Privatsph\u00e4re-Einstellungen) und in iOS unter Einstellungen \u2192 Datenschutz &amp; Sicherheit \u2192 Tracking. Mit Premium siehst du keine Werbung, und es gibt keine Werbeabfrage.<\/p>\n<h2>9. Premium und K\u00e4ufe (Apple, Google Play, RevenueCat)<\/h2>\n<p>Kauf und Abrechnung laufen \u00fcber den App Store von Apple bzw. \u00fcber Google Play; wir erhalten keine Zahlungsdaten. Um dein Abo zu pr\u00fcfen und Premium freizuschalten, nutzt die App RevenueCat. RevenueCat verarbeitet eine zuf\u00e4llige Nutzerkennung, Kaufbelege, Produkt, Kaufdatum, Ablaufdatum und Land; eine Verbindung zu deinem Forum-Konto gibt es nicht. Auf Android bittet die App gelegentlich \u00fcber Google Play um eine Bewertung; was du dort angibst, verarbeitet Google. Rechtsgrundlage: Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO.<\/p>\n<h2>10. Facebook-SDK<\/h2>\n<p>F\u00fcr die Anmeldung mit Facebook ist das Facebook-SDK von Meta in die App eingebunden. Automatische App-Ereignisse und das Erfassen der Werbe-Kennung haben wir abgeschaltet. Beim Start der App kann das SDK technische Einstellungen bei Meta abrufen; dabei erf\u00e4hrt Meta deine IP-Adresse und Ger\u00e4teinformationen. Daten deines Facebook-Kontos verarbeiten wir nur, wenn du dich mit Facebook anmeldest (siehe 4.1). Rechtsgrundlage: Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO.<\/p>\n<h2>11. Kontakt und Fehlermeldungen<\/h2>\n<p>Schreibst du uns \u00fcber das Kontaktformular der App, \u00f6ffnet sich eine E-Mail an info@langsoftware.de, der die App App-Version, Ger\u00e4temodell, iOS- bzw. Android-Version und auf dem iPhone die Sprache anf\u00fcgt. Data on your device<\/h2>\n<p>BC Pill stores your settings, packs, pills taken, missed pills, reminders and your diary in a database on your device. On iPhone, your Apple Watch receives the current pill status through the connection with your iPhone (WatchConnectivity); widgets read the data from shared app storage on your device. There, the app lock passcode is stored in your device\u2019s keychain; Face ID and Touch ID are checked by iOS. On Android, the app lock uses your device\u2019s screen lock (fingerprint, face unlock, PIN, pattern or password), which Android checks; the app only stores whether the lock is on. The app never receives biometric data.<\/p>\n<p>This data only leaves your device with your device\u2019s backup, and we have no access to it. Reminders are local notifications on your device. \u201cReset\u201d (Android: \u201cDelete all\u201d) in the settings deletes pill and reminder data; you delete diary entries and appointments individually. If you delete the app, the operating system removes all of its data from your device. iOS may include the data in your iCloud or computer backup according to your settings. Android includes the app\u2019s data in the backup to your Google Account if you have turned it on and restores it on a new device; from Android 9, this backup is encrypted with your screen lock if you have set one up.<\/p>\n<p>The legal basis is providing the app at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).<\/p>\n<h2>4. Forum<\/h2>\n<h3>4.1 Sign-in<\/h3>\n<p>You sign in to the forum through Firebase Authentication \u2013 on iPhone with Apple, Google, Facebook or an email address and password, on Android with Google, Facebook or an email address and password. We process your email address, your name if provided and an identifier from the sign-in service. With Apple, you can hide your email address. If you sign in with Facebook on iPhone, the app uses your Facebook profile picture as your profile picture until you change it; on Android you first get a random profile picture.<\/p>\n<h3>4.2 Profile and content<\/h3>\n<p>In the forum we store your profile (nickname, profile picture, sign-up date, last activity, counters for posts, comments and likes, stars, notification settings) and the content you create: posts with title, text, category and image, comments, likes, poll votes, followed posts and \u2013 on iPhone \u2013 reports. On Android, your profile also contains the device language and the push token (see 4.4). Posts and comments are visible with your nickname and profile picture to all users of the forum in your language. Images are stored in Firebase Storage.<\/p>\n<p>Some categories concern health and sexuality. You decide what you publish there. Where your posts contain information about your health or sex life, we process it based on your explicit consent, which you give by publishing (Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR) and can withdraw by deleting the post or contacting us. Otherwise, the legal basis is providing the forum (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).<\/p>\n<h3>4.3 Search<\/h3>\n<p>So that you can search posts, we transmit posts (title, text, category, date, nickname, profile picture and image addresses, user ID) to Algolia. When you search, your search terms are sent to Algolia, which also collects technical usage data of the search. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.<\/p>\n<h3>4.4 Notifications<\/h3>\n<p>For notifications about new posts and comments, the app uses Firebase Cloud Messaging and creates a push token for your device. It is stored together with platform, language and your chosen categories \u2013 on iPhone only while you are signed in and have notifications turned on, on Android while you are signed in; there, the notification switch decides which posts you get notifications for. You allow notifications in iOS or Android (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and can turn them off there or in the app at any time.<\/p>\n<h3>4.5 Deletion<\/h3>\n<p>You can delete your account in the app under Forum \u2192 Profile \u2192 \u201cDelete account\u201d or using <a href=\"https:\/\/langsoftware.de\/?page_id=120\">this form<\/a>. Deleting the account automatically deletes your sign-in, your profile, your profile picture and your push tokens, all your posts with their images and comments, and your comments on other posts. Your poll votes and reports remain stored only with the random ID of the deleted account and can no longer be linked to a profile. On iPhone, you can also delete individual posts yourself beforehand.<\/p>\n<h2>5. Crash reports (Firebase Crashlytics)<\/h2>\n<p>If the app crashes or an error occurs, it sends a report to Firebase Crashlytics: device model, iOS or Android version, app version, time, memory and battery state, a random installation ID, log lines about what happened in the app, and the type and number of the error. The reports contain no information about your pill intake, your cycle or your diary. Reports are deleted after 90 days. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a stable app (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).<\/p>\n<h2>6. Usage statistics (Google Analytics for Firebase)<\/h2>\n<p>Usage statistics are switched off until you agree. The app asks you once; you can change your answer at any time in the settings under \u201cShare usage statistics\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>If you agree, the app records usage events with Google Analytics for Firebase. On iPhone, these are screens viewed and features used (for example confirming a pill, skipping the pill break, adding a note or an appointment, creating a post) and whether you use Premium. On Android, they are the events Google Analytics collects itself (for example first open, sessions, app updates and purchases) and opening the TeleClinic link. In addition: device model, iOS or Android version, language, approximate country and a random app instance ID; the statistics do not collect your device\u2019s advertising ID. The events contain no diary content and no forum user ID and are not used for advertising. Google keeps the data for up to 14 months. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, Section 25(1) TDDDG), which you can withdraw with effect for the future.<\/p>\n<h2>7. App configuration and notices (Firebase Remote Config, In-App Messaging)<\/h2>\n<p>On iPhone, the app loads settings such as texts, forum limits or ad positions about once a day. On both platforms, it may occasionally show notices through Firebase In-App Messaging, for example about requesting a prescription from TeleClinic. An installation ID, the app version, device language and country are transmitted. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in adjusting the app without an update and pointing out offers (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).<\/p>\n<h2>8. Advertising (Google AdMob)<\/h2>\n<p>In the free version, the app shows ads from Google AdMob: full-screen ads (for example after confirming a pill, for missed pills and, on iPhone, in the forum search), ads in the forum and, on Android, a banner in the calendar. Before the first ad, the app asks through Google\u2019s consent form (User Messaging Platform) whether Google may use data for personalised ads and measurement; on iPhone, iOS then asks whether the app may track you. If you decline, Google shows non-personalised or limited ads. Ads are only loaded if Google allows them based on your choice.<\/p>\n<p>Google processes, among other things, your IP address, device and app information, interactions with ads and \u2013 only if you allow tracking \u2013 your device\u2019s advertising identifier (IDFA). On Android, Google uses your device\u2019s advertising ID according to your choice in the consent form; you can reset or delete it in the Android settings under \u201cAds\u201d. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, Section 25(1) TDDDG). You can change your choice in the app under Settings \u2192 Privacy options (Android: Privacy Settings) and in iOS under Settings \u2192 Privacy &amp; Security \u2192 Tracking. Premium users see no ads and no consent prompt.<\/p>\n<h2>9. Premium and purchases (Apple, Google Play, RevenueCat)<\/h2>\n<p>Purchase and billing are handled by Apple\u2019s App Store or Google Play; we receive no payment data. To check your subscription and unlock Premium, the app uses RevenueCat, which processes a random user ID, receipts, product, purchase date, expiry date and country; it is not linked to your forum account. On Android, the app occasionally asks you to rate it through Google Play; what you enter there is processed by Google. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.<\/p>\n<h2>10. Facebook SDK<\/h2>\n<p>Meta\u2019s Facebook SDK is included in the app for signing in with Facebook. We have switched off automatic app events and the collection of the advertising identifier. When the app starts, the SDK may fetch technical settings from Meta, which reveals your IP address and device information to Meta. We only process data from your Facebook account if you sign in with Facebook (see 4.1). Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.<\/p>\n<h2>11. Contact and bug reports<\/h2>\n<p>If you write to us using the contact form in the app, an email to info@langsoftware.de opens, to which the app adds the app version, device model, iOS or Android version and, on iPhone, the language. On iPhone, shaking your device lets you report a bug; the email then includes a screenshot of the current screen, which may show your pill status. You decide what you send. We only use your message to reply and delete it once resolved. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR.<\/p>\n<h2>12. TeleClinic<\/h2>\n<p>In Germany (on Android, with German as the device language), the app refers to TeleClinic for requesting a prescription online. The link opens TeleClinic\u2019s website; the app does not transmit any data about you, only a marker that you came from BC Pill. If you have agreed to usage statistics, the Android app counts that you opened the link (see 6). What you enter there is processed by TeleClinic under its own privacy policy.<\/p>\n<h2>13. Permissions<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Notifications:<\/strong> for reminders and forum notifications.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Camera and photos:<\/strong> only when you choose an image for your profile or a post. Retention<\/h2>\n<p>Data on your device remains until you delete it or the app. We keep forum data until you delete your account or individual content. Crashlytics deletes crash reports after 90 days; analytics data is kept for up to 14 months. Statutory retention obligations remain unaffected.<\/p>\n<h2>16. Your rights<\/h2>\n<p>You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21).
