Mit der Nutzung der App erkl\u00e4rst du dich mit diesen Bedingungen einverstanden. Wenn du sie nicht akzeptierst, nutze die App bitte nicht.<\/p>\n<h2>1. Was BC Pill ist<\/h2>\n<p>BC Pill erinnert dich an die Einnahme deiner Antibabypille und hilft dir, den \u00dcberblick zu behalten: \u00fcber eingenommene und vergessene Pillen, deine Pillenpause, deinen Blister und dein Tagebuch. Dazu gibt es ein Forum, in dem du dich mit anderen austauschen kannst.<\/p>\n<p>BC Pill ist ein Erinnerungs- und \u00dcbersichtswerkzeug. Die App ist kein Medizinprodukt und kein Verh\u00fctungsmittel. Sie stellt keine Diagnosen und behandelt, heilt oder verhindert keine Krankheiten.<\/p>\n<h2>2. Kein Ersatz f\u00fcr \u00e4rztlichen Rat<\/h2>\n<p>BC Pill ersetzt nicht die Beratung durch deine \u00c4rztin, deinen Arzt oder deine Apotheke. Entscheidungen zu deiner Verh\u00fctung, zu vergessenen Pillen, zur Pillenpause, zu zus\u00e4tzlicher Verh\u00fctung, zur \u201ePille danach\u201c oder zu einem Schwangerschaftstest triff bitte immer mit fachlichem Rat.<\/p>\n<p>Was die App anzeigt \u2013 etwa den Schutzstatus oder die Hinweise zu vergessenen Pillen \u2013, beruht auf deinen Eingaben und auf allgemeinen Regeln. Deine pers\u00f6nliche Situation und die Besonderheiten deines Pr\u00e4parats kann die App nicht kennen. Ma\u00dfgeblich ist immer der Beipackzettel deiner Pille.<\/p>\n<p>Erinnerungen sind Mitteilungen deines Ger\u00e4ts. Sie k\u00f6nnen ausbleiben, etwa wenn Mitteilungen ausgeschaltet sind, ein Fokus-Modus oder \u201eBitte nicht st\u00f6ren\u201c aktiv ist, das Ger\u00e4t aus ist, eine Energiesparfunktion die App einschr\u00e4nkt oder das Betriebssystem die Mitteilung nicht zustellt. Verlasse dich deshalb nicht allein auf die App.<\/p>\n<h2>3. Nutzungsrecht<\/h2>\n<p>Du erh\u00e4ltst ein einfaches, nicht \u00fcbertragbares Recht, BC Pill f\u00fcr private Zwecke auf deinen eigenen Ger\u00e4ten zu nutzen. Erg\u00e4nzend gelten die Bedingungen des App Store (Apple Standard-EULA) bzw. von Google Play. Du darfst die App nicht weitergeben, vermieten, ver\u00e4ndern, dekompilieren oder ihren Quellcode rekonstruieren, soweit zwingendes Recht dies nicht ausdr\u00fccklich erlaubt. Urheber- und Markenhinweise darfst du nicht entfernen.<\/p>\n<h2>4. Deine Daten<\/h2>\n<p>Deine Pillen-, Zyklus- und Tagebuchdaten speichert BC Pill auf deinem Ger\u00e4t. F\u00fcr das Forum, f\u00fcr Werbung in der kostenlosen Version, f\u00fcr Abonnements, Absturzberichte und Nutzungsstatistiken werden Daten an Dienstleister \u00fcbermittelt. Alle Einzelheiten findest du in der <a href=\"https:\/\/langsoftware.de\/?page_id=446\">Datenschutzerkl\u00e4rung<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>5. Das Forum<\/h2>\n<h3>5.1 Konto<\/h3>\n<p>F\u00fcr das Forum brauchst du ein Konto. Du meldest dich auf dem iPhone mit Apple, Google, Facebook oder E-Mail-Adresse und Passwort an, auf Android mit Google, Facebook oder E-Mail-Adresse und Passwort, und w\u00e4hlst einen Spitznamen. Das Forum darfst du erst ab 16 Jahren nutzen. Halte deine Zugangsdaten geheim und lege nur ein Konto an.<\/p>\n<h3>5.2 Regeln<\/h3>\n<p>Das Forum lebt von einem respektvollen Umgang. Nicht erlaubt sind insbesondere:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>rechtswidrige Inhalte, Beleidigungen, Bedrohungen, Hass und Bel\u00e4stigung;<\/li>\n<li>pornografische oder gewaltverherrlichende Inhalte;<\/li>\n<li>Werbung, Spam und Links zu kommerziellen Angeboten;<\/li>\n<li>pers\u00f6nliche Daten anderer Menschen, etwa Namen, Fotos oder Kontaktdaten;<\/li>\n<li>Inhalte, an denen du keine Rechte hast, etwa fremde Bilder oder Texte;<\/li>\n<li>gef\u00e4hrliche Ratschl\u00e4ge, etwa zum Absetzen oder Ersetzen von Medikamenten, und Heilversprechen;<\/li>\n<li>das Sammeln von Sternen durch inhaltsleere oder wiederholte Beitr\u00e4ge.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>5.3 Was du teilst, sehen andere<\/h3>\n<p>Beitr\u00e4ge, Kommentare, Bilder und Umfragen sind mit deinem Spitznamen und Profilbild f\u00fcr alle Nutzerinnen des Forums deiner Sprache sichtbar und \u00fcber die Forensuche auffindbar. \u00dcberlege dir gut, welche Angaben zu deiner Gesundheit oder deinem Privatleben du ver\u00f6ffentlichst. Teile nichts, woran man dich gegen deinen Willen erkennen k\u00f6nnte.<\/p>\n<h3>5.4 Rechte an deinen Inhalten<\/h3>\n<p>Deine Inhalte geh\u00f6ren dir. Du r\u00e4umst uns das einfache, unentgeltliche Recht ein, sie im Forum zu speichern, anzuzeigen, f\u00fcr die Suche zu verarbeiten und technisch anzupassen (etwa Bilder zu verkleinern), solange sie im Forum stehen.<\/p>\n<h3>5.5 Melden und Moderation<\/h3>\n<p>Inhalte, die gegen diese Regeln versto\u00dfen, kannst du in der App melden. Wir pr\u00fcfen gemeldete Inhalte und d\u00fcrfen Inhalte entfernen sowie Konten vor\u00fcbergehend oder dauerhaft sperren, wenn gegen diese Bedingungen oder geltendes Recht versto\u00dfen wird. Einen Anspruch auf Ver\u00f6ffentlichung gibt es nicht. Wenn wir einen deiner Inhalte entfernen oder dein Konto sperren, nennen wir dir auf Nachfrage den Grund; du kannst der Entscheidung per E-Mail widersprechen.<\/p>\n<h3>5.6 Sterne<\/h3>\n<p>F\u00fcr Aktivit\u00e4t im Forum sammelst du Sterne und kannst sie in der App gegen Premium-Zeit eintauschen. Sterne haben keinen Geldwert, sind nicht \u00fcbertragbar und verfallen, wenn du dein Konto l\u00f6schst oder es wegen eines Versto\u00dfes gesperrt wird. Wir k\u00f6nnen das Sternesystem \u00e4ndern oder beenden; bereits eingel\u00f6ste Premium-Zeit bleibt erhalten.<\/p>\n<h3>5.7 Konto l\u00f6schen<\/h3>\n<p>Dein Konto l\u00f6schst du in der App unter Forum \u2192 Profil \u2192 \u201eAccount l\u00f6schen\u201c oder \u00fcber <a href=\"https:\/\/langsoftware.de\/?page_id=120\">dieses Formular<\/a>. Mit dem Konto werden automatisch deine Anmeldung, dein Profil und dein Profilbild gel\u00f6scht, au\u00dferdem alle deine Beitr\u00e4ge mit ihren Bildern und Kommentaren sowie deine Kommentare unter anderen Beitr\u00e4gen. Das l\u00e4sst sich nicht r\u00fcckg\u00e4ngig machen; deine Sterne verfallen (siehe 5.6).<\/p>\n<h2>6. Premium und Abonnements<\/h2>\n<p>Premium gibt es als sich automatisch verl\u00e4ngerndes Monats- oder Jahresabo. Den Preis in deiner W\u00e4hrung zeigen dir App Store bzw. Google Play vor dem Kauf. Die Zahlung wird bei Best\u00e4tigung des Kaufs \u00fcber deinen Apple-Account bzw. dein Google-Konto abgerechnet. Das Abo verl\u00e4ngert sich um denselben Zeitraum zum dann geltenden Preis, wenn du es nicht mindestens 24 Stunden vor Ende des laufenden Zeitraums k\u00fcndigst. K\u00fcndigen und verwalten kannst du es jederzeit in den Einstellungen deines Apple-Accounts bzw. unter \u201eAbos\u201c in Google Play.<\/p>\n<p>Kauf, Abrechnung und Erstattungen laufen \u00fcber Apple bzw. Google und richten sich nach deren Bedingungen. Den Umfang von Premium beschreibt die App; wir k\u00f6nnen ihn weiterentwickeln, ohne wesentliche Funktionen w\u00e4hrend eines bezahlten Zeitraums zu entziehen.<\/p>\n<h2>7. Werbung<\/h2>\n<p>Die kostenlose Version zeigt Werbung von Google AdMob. Ob die Werbung auf dich zugeschnitten sein darf, entscheidest du \u00fcber die Einwilligungsabfrage in der App. Mit Premium siehst du keine Werbung.<\/p>\n<h2>8. Verf\u00fcgbarkeit und \u00c4nderungen der App<\/h2>\n<p>Wir entwickeln BC Pill laufend weiter und k\u00f6nnen Funktionen \u00e4ndern, erg\u00e4nzen oder einstellen. Das Forum und andere Online-Funktionen bieten wir ohne Zusage einer bestimmten Verf\u00fcgbarkeit an; Wartung, St\u00f6rungen bei Dienstleistern oder h\u00f6here Gewalt k\u00f6nnen sie zeitweise einschr\u00e4nken.<\/p>\n<h2>9. Haftung<\/h2>\n<p>Wir haften unbeschr\u00e4nkt bei Vorsatz und grober Fahrl\u00e4ssigkeit, bei der Verletzung von Leben, K\u00f6rper oder Gesundheit, nach dem Produkthaftungsgesetz und im Umfang einer \u00fcbernommenen Garantie. Bei leichter Fahrl\u00e4ssigkeit haften wir nur f\u00fcr die Verletzung einer Pflicht, deren Erf\u00fcllung die ordnungsgem\u00e4\u00dfe Nutzung der App erst erm\u00f6glicht und auf deren Einhaltung du regelm\u00e4\u00dfig vertrauen darfst, und dann begrenzt auf den vorhersehbaren, typischerweise eintretenden Schaden. What BC Pill is<\/h2>\n<p>BC Pill reminds you to take your birth control pill and helps you keep track of pills taken and missed, your pill break, your pack and your diary. It also includes a forum where you can talk to others.<\/p>\n<p>BC Pill is a reminder and tracking tool. It is not a medical device and not a contraceptive. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.<\/p>\n<h2>2. No substitute for medical advice<\/h2>\n<p>BC Pill does not replace advice from your doctor or pharmacist. Always make decisions about your contraception, missed pills, your pill break, additional contraception, emergency contraception or a pregnancy test with professional advice.<\/p>\n<p>What the app shows \u2013 such as the protection status or the guidance on missed pills \u2013 is based on your entries and on general rules. The app cannot know your personal situation or the specifics of your pill. The leaflet of your pill always takes precedence.<\/p>\n<p>Reminders are notifications on your device. They may not arrive, for example if notifications are turned off, a Focus mode or Do Not Disturb is on, the device is switched off, battery saving restricts the app or the operating system does not deliver the notification. Do not rely on the app alone.<\/p>\n<h2>3. Licence<\/h2>\n<p>You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use BC Pill for private purposes on your own devices. The App Store terms (Apple\u2019s standard EULA) or the Google Play terms apply in addition. You may not pass on, rent, modify or decompile the app or reconstruct its source code unless mandatory law expressly allows it. You may not remove copyright or trademark notices.<\/p>\n<h2>4. Your data<\/h2>\n<p>BC Pill stores your pill, cycle and diary data on your device. For the forum, advertising in the free version, subscriptions, crash reports and usage statistics, data is transmitted to service providers. You will find all details in the <a href=\"https:\/\/langsoftware.de\/?page_id=446#en\">privacy policy<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>5. The forum<\/h2>\n<h3>5.1 Account<\/h3>\n<p>You need an account for the forum. You sign in on iPhone with Apple, Google, Facebook or an email address and password, on Android with Google, Facebook or an email address and password, and choose a nickname. You must be at least 16 years old to use the forum. Keep your login details secret and create only one account.<\/p>\n<h3>5.2 Rules<\/h3>\n<p>The forum depends on respectful behaviour. In particular, the following are not allowed:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>illegal content, insults, threats, hate and harassment;<\/li>\n<li>pornographic content or content glorifying violence;<\/li>\n<li>advertising, spam and links to commercial offers;<\/li>\n<li>personal data of other people, such as names, photos or contact details;<\/li>\n<li>content you do not hold the rights to, such as other people\u2019s images or texts;<\/li>\n<li>dangerous advice, for example about stopping or replacing medication, and promises of cures;<\/li>\n<li>collecting stars through empty or repeated posts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>5.3 What you share, others can see<\/h3>\n<p>Posts, comments, images and polls are visible with your nickname and profile picture to all users of the forum in your language and can be found through the forum search. Think carefully about what you publish about your health or private life. Do not share anything that could identify you against your will.<\/p>\n<h3>5.4 Rights to your content<\/h3>\n<p>Your content belongs to you. You grant us the non-exclusive, free right to store it in the forum, display it, process it for search and adapt it technically (for example, resize images) for as long as it is in the forum.<\/p>\n<h3>5.5 Reporting and moderation<\/h3>\n<p>You can report content that breaks these rules in the app. We review reported content and may remove content and suspend accounts temporarily or permanently if these terms or applicable law are violated. There is no right to have content published. If we remove your content or suspend your account, we will tell you the reason on request; you can object to the decision by email.<\/p>\n<h3>5.6 Stars<\/h3>\n<p>You collect stars for activity in the forum and can exchange them for Premium time in the app. Stars have no cash value, cannot be transferred and expire if you delete your account or if it is suspended for a violation. We may change or end the star programme; Premium time already redeemed remains.<\/p>\n<h3>5.7 Deleting your account<\/h3>\n<p>You can delete your account in the app under Forum \u2192 Profile \u2192 \u201cDelete account\u201d or using <a href=\"https:\/\/langsoftware.de\/?page_id=120\">this form<\/a>. Deleting the account automatically deletes your sign-in, your profile and your profile picture, as well as all your posts with their images and comments and your comments on other posts. This cannot be undone; your stars expire (see 5.6).<\/p>\n<h2>6. Premium and subscriptions<\/h2>\n<p>Premium is available as an auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription. The App Store or Google Play shows the price in your currency before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple Account or Google Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews for the same period at the then current price unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel it at any time in your Apple Account settings or under \u201cSubscriptions\u201d in Google Play.<\/p>\n<p>Purchase, billing and refunds are handled by Apple or Google and are subject to their terms. The app describes what Premium includes; we may develop it further without removing essential features during a paid period.<\/p>\n<h2>7. Advertising<\/h2>\n<p>The free version shows ads from Google AdMob. You decide through the consent prompt in the app whether ads may be personalised. Premium users see no ads.<\/p>\n<h2>8. Availability and changes to the app<\/h2>\n<p>We continuously develop BC Pill and may change, add or discontinue features. We provide the forum and other online features without any guarantee of availability; maintenance, problems at service providers or force majeure may limit them temporarily.<\/p>\n<h2>9. Liability<\/h2>\n<p>We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, under the German Product Liability Act and within the scope of any guarantee given. In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for breaches of obligations whose fulfilment is essential for the proper use of the app and on whose fulfilment you may regularly rely, and then limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this kind of contract. Otherwise, liability is excluded.<\/p>\n<p>Users who publish content in the forum are responsible for it themselves.<\/p>\n<h2>10. Termination<\/h2>\n<p>You can stop using the app at any time by deleting it and, if applicable, your forum account. You cancel a running subscription separately with Apple or in Google Play. If you violate these terms, we may suspend your access to the forum.<\/p>\n<h2>11. Changes to these terms<\/h2>\n<p>We may update these terms, for example when the app, the law or our service providers change. We will announce material changes in the app or on this page in good time. If you continue to use the app after they take effect, the new terms apply.<\/p>\n<h2>12. Governing law<\/h2>\n<p>These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection laws of the country in which you have your habitual residence remain unaffected. We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.<\/p>\n<h2>13.
