F\u00fcr die Nutzung verlinkter externer Dienste<br>(z. B. die Website des Verantwortlichen oder Drittanbieter) gelten deren<br>eigene Datenschutzhinweise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"3-grundprinzip-deine-pflaster--und-gesundheitsdaten-bleiben-auf-deinem-ger\u00e4t\">3. Grundprinzip: Deine Pflaster- und Gesundheitsdaten bleiben auf deinem Ger\u00e4t<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Alle inhaltlichen Daten, die du in der App eingibst \u2014 also dein Pflaster-Zyklus,<br>Tagebucheintr\u00e4ge (Stimmung, Periode, Notizen, Termine), Erinnerungen und<br>Einstellungen \u2014 werden&nbsp;<strong>ausschlie\u00dflich lokal auf deinem iPhone gespeichert<\/strong><br>(in Apples SwiftData-Speicher).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der Verantwortliche betreibt&nbsp;<strong>keinen eigenen Server<\/strong>, an den diese Daten<br>\u00fcbermittelt w\u00fcrden, und hat&nbsp;<strong>keinen Zugriff<\/strong>&nbsp;auf deine Inhalte. Eine<br>Auswertung, ein Profiling oder eine Weitergabe dieser Daten durch den<br>Verantwortlichen findet nicht statt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn du die iCloud-Sicherung deines iPhones aktiviert hast, kann Apple<br>App-Daten in dein iCloud-Backup einbeziehen. Verantwortlich f\u00fcr diese<br>Verarbeitung ist dann Apple gem\u00e4\u00df deren Datenschutzbestimmungen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"4-personenbezogene-daten-die-in-der-app-verarbeitet-werden\">4. Personenbezogene Daten, die in der App verarbeitet werden<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Trotz des lokalen Speicher-Konzepts werden f\u00fcr den Betrieb der App einige<br>technische Daten an Drittanbieter \u00fcbertragen. Diese sind im Folgenden<br>einzeln aufgef\u00fchrt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"41-absturzberichte-und-stabilit\u00e4ts-diagnose-firebase-crashlytics\">4.1 Absturzberichte und Stabilit\u00e4ts-Diagnose (Firebase Crashlytics)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Zur Verbesserung der App-Stabilit\u00e4t setzen wir&nbsp;<strong>Firebase Crashlytics<\/strong>&nbsp;ein,<br>einen Dienst der Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4,<br>Irland (\u201eGoogle&#8220;).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bei einem Absturz oder schweren Fehler werden folgende Informationen an Google<br>\u00fcbermittelt:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>anonymer Installations-Identifier (Firebase Installation ID)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ger\u00e4te-Modell, iOS-Version, App-Version, Sprache, Region<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stack-Trace (technischer Fehlerort)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>aggregierte Nutzungsschritte vor dem Absturz (\u201eBreadcrumbs&#8220;), z. B.<br>\u201ePflaster-Aktion best\u00e4tigt&#8220;, \u201eTab gewechselt&#8220; \u2014\u00a0<strong>ohne<\/strong>\u00a0pers\u00f6nliche<br>Inhalte aus deinem Pflaster-Zyklus oder Tagebuch<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Zweck:<\/strong>&nbsp;Identifikation und Behebung von Programmfehlern, Verbesserung der<br>App-Stabilit\u00e4t.<br><strong>Rechtsgrundlage:<\/strong>&nbsp;Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO (berechtigtes Interesse an<br>einer stabilen, fehlerarmen App).<br><strong>Speicherdauer:<\/strong>&nbsp;90 Tage (Standard-Aufbewahrung von Firebase Crashlytics).<br><strong>Drittlands\u00fcbermittlung:<\/strong>&nbsp;Eine Verarbeitung in den USA ist nicht<br>auszuschlie\u00dfen. Google ist nach dem EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework<br>zertifiziert; erg\u00e4nzend gelten EU-Standardvertragsklauseln.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"42-werbung-google-admob--nur-f\u00fcr-free-nutzer\">4.2 Werbung (Google AdMob) \u2013 nur f\u00fcr Free-Nutzer<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>In der kostenfreien Variante der App werden Werbeanzeigen \u00fcber&nbsp;<strong>Google<br>AdMob<\/strong>&nbsp;eingebunden (Google Ireland Limited, Adresse wie oben).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bei der Auslieferung von Werbung verarbeitet Google:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>IP-Adresse (gek\u00fcrzt)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ger\u00e4te-Modell, iOS-Version, Sprach- und Regions-Einstellungen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ungef\u00e4hrer Standort (abgeleitet aus der IP-Adresse)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>AdMob-spezifische Ger\u00e4te-Identifier<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Die App fordert&nbsp;<strong>keine<\/strong>&nbsp;Erlaubnis zum Tracking gem\u00e4\u00df Apples App Tracking<br>Transparency Framework an. Es findet daher kein anbieter\u00fcbergreifendes<br>Tracking \u00fcber die IDFA-Werbe-ID statt. Die ausgelieferten Anzeigen sind<br><strong>nicht personalisiert<\/strong>&nbsp;im Sinne eines ger\u00e4te\u00fcbergreifenden Profils.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Zweck:<\/strong>&nbsp;Refinanzierung der kostenfreien App-Variante.<br><strong>Rechtsgrundlage:<\/strong>&nbsp;Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO (berechtigtes Interesse an<br>einer werbefinanzierten Bereitstellung der App).<br><strong>Drittlands\u00fcbermittlung:<\/strong>&nbsp;Verarbeitung auch in den USA m\u00f6glich; Google ist<br>nach dem EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework zertifiziert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mit dem Erwerb der Premium-Version werden alle Werbeanzeigen abgeschaltet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Weitere Informationen unter<br><a href=\"https:\/\/policies.google.com\/privacy\">https:\/\/policies.google.com\/privacy<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"43-in-app-k\u00e4ufe-und-abonnement-verwaltung-revenuecat--apple\">4.3 In-App-K\u00e4ufe und Abonnement-Verwaltung (RevenueCat + Apple)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Der Erwerb der Premium-Funktionen erfolgt \u00fcber Apples In-App-Purchase-System.<br>Apple verarbeitet hierbei deine Zahlungsdaten und Apple-ID gem\u00e4\u00df Apples<br>Datenschutzbestimmungen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zur Verwaltung des Premium-Status setzen wir zus\u00e4tzlich&nbsp;<strong>RevenueCat<\/strong>&nbsp;ein<br>(RevenueCat, Inc., 22 4th Street, 6th Floor, San Francisco, CA 94103, USA).<br>RevenueCat erh\u00e4lt von Apple den Kaufbeleg und verwaltet einen pseudonymen<br>Nutzer-Identifier, der dem aktuellen Premium-Entitlement zugeordnet wird.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00dcbermittelte Daten:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>pseudonyme, von RevenueCat erzeugte Nutzer-ID<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Apple-Kaufbeleg (Receipt) zur Validierung des Abonnements<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>App-Version, Sprach- und Regions-Einstellungen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Zweck:<\/strong>&nbsp;Bereitstellung und Verifikation der gekauften Premium-Funktionen.<br><strong>Rechtsgrundlage:<\/strong>&nbsp;Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO (Durchf\u00fchrung des<br>Nutzungsvertrags Premium-Abonnement).<br><strong>Speicherdauer:<\/strong>&nbsp;F\u00fcr die Dauer des Abonnements und gesetzliche<br>Aufbewahrungsfristen.<br><strong>Drittlands\u00fcbermittlung:<\/strong>&nbsp;USA. Die \u00dcbermittlung erfolgt auf Grundlage von<br>EU-Standardvertragsklauseln.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Datenschutzerkl\u00e4rung von RevenueCat:<br><a href=\"https:\/\/www.revenuecat.com\/privacy\/\">https:\/\/www.revenuecat.com\/privacy\/<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"44-mitteilungen-apple-push-notifications\">4.4 Mitteilungen (Apple Push Notifications)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Die App nutzt das Mitteilungssystem von iOS, um dich an Pflaster-Aktionen<br>(Anlegen, Wechseln, Entfernen) und selbst gesetzte Erinnerungen (z. B.<br>Frauenarzt-Termine) zu erinnern.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alle Mitteilungen werden&nbsp;<strong>lokal auf deinem iPhone<\/strong>&nbsp;geplant und ausgel\u00f6st.<br>Es findet&nbsp;<strong>keine<\/strong>&nbsp;\u00dcbermittlung der Inhalte an einen Server statt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Du kannst die Berechtigung jederzeit in den iOS-Einstellungen unter<br>\u201eMitteilungen \u2192 MyPatch&#8220; widerrufen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"5-berechtigungen-der-app\">5. Berechtigungen der App<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Die App ben\u00f6tigt folgende Berechtigung auf deinem iPhone:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table class=\"has-fixed-layout\"><thead><tr><th>Berechtigung<\/th><th>Zweck<\/th><\/tr><\/thead><tbody><tr><td>Mitteilungen<\/td><td>Erinnerungen an Pflaster-Aktionen und eigene Termine<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Weitere Berechtigungen (Kamera, Standort, Kontakte, Fotos, HealthKit, Kalender)<br>werden&nbsp;<strong>nicht<\/strong>&nbsp;angefordert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"6-drittlands\u00fcbermittlungen--zusammenfassung\">6. Drittlands\u00fcbermittlungen \u2014 Zusammenfassung<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Eine \u00dcbermittlung in Drittl\u00e4nder (insbesondere USA) findet im Rahmen der oben<br>genannten Dienste statt (Firebase Crashlytics, Google AdMob, RevenueCat).<br>Die \u00dcbermittlung erfolgt jeweils auf einer der folgenden Grundlagen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Angemessenheitsbeschluss der EU-Kommission nach dem EU-U.S. Data Privacy<br>Framework (Google ist hierf\u00fcr zertifiziert);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>erg\u00e4nzend bzw. alternativ: EU-Standardvertragsklauseln nach Art. 46 Abs. 2<br>lit. c DSGVO.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Trotz dieser Garantien besteht in den USA ein im Vergleich zur EU geringeres<br>Datenschutzniveau, insbesondere im Hinblick auf Zugriffe staatlicher Stellen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"7-speicherdauer\">7. Speicherdauer<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Lokale App-Daten<\/strong>\u00a0(Pflasterzyklus, Tagebuch, Einstellungen): bis du sie<br>in der App l\u00f6schst oder die App von deinem Ger\u00e4t entfernst.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Crashlytics-Daten:<\/strong>\u00a090 Tage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>AdMob-Daten:<\/strong>\u00a0gem\u00e4\u00df Google-Aufbewahrungsrichtlinie.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>RevenueCat-Daten:<\/strong>\u00a0f\u00fcr die Dauer des Abonnements zzgl. gesetzlicher<br>Aufbewahrungsfristen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"8-deine-rechte-als-betroffene-person\">8. Core principle: your patch and diary data stays on your device<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>All content you enter in the App \u2014 your patch cycle, diary entries (mood,<br>period, notes, appointments), reminders and settings \u2014 is stored<br><strong>exclusively on your iPhone<\/strong>&nbsp;(in Apple&#8217;s SwiftData storage).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The controller does&nbsp;<strong>not operate any server<\/strong>&nbsp;to which this data would be<br>transmitted and has&nbsp;<strong>no access<\/strong>&nbsp;to your in-app content. No analysis,<br>profiling or transfer of this data by the controller takes place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you have iCloud Backup enabled on your iPhone, Apple may include App<br>data in your iCloud backup. Personal data processed by the App<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>For the App to operate, some technical data is sent to third-party services.<br>These are listed individually below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"41-crash-reports-and-stability-diagnostics-firebase-crashlytics\">4.1 Crash reports and stability diagnostics (Firebase Crashlytics)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>We use&nbsp;<strong>Firebase Crashlytics<\/strong>, a service provided by Google Ireland Limited,<br>Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (&#8222;Google&#8220;).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When the App crashes or encounters a serious error, the following data is<br>transmitted to Google:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>anonymous installation identifier (Firebase Installation ID)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>device model, iOS version, App version, language, region<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>stack trace (technical location of the error)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>aggregated steps before the crash (&#8222;breadcrumbs&#8220;), e.g. &#8222;patch action<br>confirmed&#8220;, &#8222;tab switched&#8220; \u2014\u00a0<strong>without<\/strong>\u00a0any personal content from your<br>patch cycle or diary<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Purpose:<\/strong>&nbsp;identifying and fixing bugs, improving App stability.<br><strong>Legal basis:<\/strong>&nbsp;Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in providing a<br>stable, reliable App).<br><strong>Retention:<\/strong>&nbsp;90 days (Firebase Crashlytics default).<br><strong>Transfer to third countries:<\/strong>&nbsp;processing in the USA cannot be excluded.<br>Google is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework; in addition,<br>EU Standard Contractual Clauses apply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"42-advertising-google-admob--free-version-only\">4.2 Advertising (Google AdMob) \u2013 free version only<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>In the free version, the App displays ads via&nbsp;<strong>Google AdMob<\/strong>&nbsp;(Google<br>Ireland Limited, address as above).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When delivering ads Google processes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>IP address (truncated)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>device model, iOS version, language and region<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>approximate location (derived from IP address)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>AdMob-specific device identifiers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The App does&nbsp;<strong>not<\/strong>&nbsp;request authorisation under Apple&#8217;s App Tracking<br>Transparency framework. Cross-app tracking via the IDFA advertising<br>identifier therefore does not occur. The ads served are&nbsp;<strong>not personalised<\/strong><br>in the sense of a cross-device profile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Purpose:<\/strong>&nbsp;financing the free version of the App.<br><strong>Legal basis:<\/strong>&nbsp;Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in offering an<br>ad-supported version).<br><strong>Transfer to third countries:<\/strong>&nbsp;processing in the USA is possible; Google<br>is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Purchasing the Premium version removes all advertising.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>More information at<br><a href=\"https:\/\/policies.google.com\/privacy\">https:\/\/policies.google.com\/privacy<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"43-in-app-purchases-and-subscription-management-revenuecat--apple\">4.3 In-app purchases and subscription management (RevenueCat + Apple)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Premium features are purchased through Apple&#8217;s In-App Purchase system.<br>Apple processes your payment data and Apple ID in accordance with Apple&#8217;s<br>privacy policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To manage Premium status we additionally use&nbsp;<strong>RevenueCat<\/strong>&nbsp;(RevenueCat,<br>Inc., 22 4th Street, 6th Floor, San Francisco, CA 94103, USA). RevenueCat<br>receives the purchase receipt from Apple and manages a pseudonymous user<br>identifier linked to the current Premium entitlement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Data transmitted:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>pseudonymous user ID generated by RevenueCat<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Apple receipt for subscription validation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>App version, language and region<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Purpose:<\/strong>&nbsp;providing and verifying purchased Premium features.<br><strong>Legal basis:<\/strong>&nbsp;Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (performance of the Premium subscription<br>contract).<br><strong>Retention:<\/strong>&nbsp;for the term of the subscription plus statutory retention<br>periods.<br><strong>Transfer to third countries:<\/strong>&nbsp;USA. Transfer is based on EU Standard<br>Contractual Clauses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>RevenueCat&#8217;s privacy policy:<br><a href=\"https:\/\/www.revenuecat.com\/privacy\/\">https:\/\/www.revenuecat.com\/privacy\/<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"44-notifications-apple-push-notifications\">4.4 Notifications (Apple Push Notifications)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The App uses iOS notifications to remind you of patch actions (attach,<br>change, remove) and any reminders you set yourself (e.g. doctor&#8217;s<br>appointments).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All notifications are scheduled and delivered&nbsp;<strong>locally on your iPhone<\/strong>.<br>No notification content is transmitted to any server.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can revoke the permission at any time in iOS Settings under<br>&#8222;Notifications \u2192 MyPatch&#8220;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"5-app-permissions\">5. International data transfers \u2014 summary<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Transfers to third countries (in particular the USA) occur in connection<br>with the services listed above (Firebase Crashlytics, Google AdMob,<br>RevenueCat).
